ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND POLICIES:
• Birthday parties are available for children 5 years old and older.
• Our party room can comfortably accomodate a maximum of 24 children.
• Parties are 2 hours long and start and end on time. Please do not arrive earlier than 15 minutes before your event and kindly make the party room available no more than 10 minutes after your party ends so that we may set up for the next event.
• We require a final count of guests for your party on the Wednesday before your event. We will invoice your party based on that number. If more guests arrive than stated, they will be charged the applicable rate per child. If no count is received, we will assume a maximum of 10 guests and prepare accordingly.
• $100.00 deposit is required to reserve a party and is applied towards total balance (paid on the day of the party).
• 50% refund of deposit if cancellation done 2 weeks prior to party date.
• Absolutely no refunds if cancellation occurs less than 2 weeks prior to party date.
• Gratuity for the Chef and Assistants is always greatly appreciated.
• If a party is for twins, we charge an additional $50 for an extra birthday cake and for special attention given to two celebrating children.
• All parties are Drop-off events, we allow a maximum of 6 adults in the party room for the duration of the event.
• Please understand that parties are scheduled during business hours. We ask for the safety of everyone and as a courtesy to other customers that all children and adults refrain from using the retail area of our store during the party.
• Our parties are well suited for children over the age of 4 and we ask that any children under 4 be supervised at all times by an adult.
• To ensure a fun and memorable party for the birthday child, we ask the adults in attendance to aid the instructor in supervising the children.
