Chef Aliza is passionate about food and cooking. Variety is as essential to her cuisine as experience in the kitchen is. Chef Aliza has worked with the greatest chefs in the country, studied the dishes of her native country, Mexico, trained in San Francisco and traveled around the world to develop a varied and cultured approach to her work.
A graduate of the California Culinary Academy, Chef Aliza uses her skills producing James Beard Award-winning television shows, teaching cooking classes, food styling and appearing as on-air talent.
Cooking with and learning from great chefs like Jacques Pepin, Mario Batali, Hubert Keller, Diana Kennedy, Rick Bayless, Cat Cora, Joanne Weir and countless others gives Chef Aliza a wide and varied approach to all cuisines of the world.
