Our academy is available in the morning, afternoon, and evening for all kinds of cooking events for adults, teenagers and children. We customize your special event and make sure that everyone has a lot of fun, learning at the same time how to prepare delicious food. We include in each event, detailed instruction and participation in the preparation of the chosen dishes with an ample tasting; dishes, silverware and glassware; soft drinks and coffee; and a set of printed recipes for every student. Check with our school for prices according to your individual event.

ADULT BIRTHDAY PARTIES
Create your own party with a special theme or cuisine: Italian, French, Asian, hors d’oeuvres, desserts, and more. Get together a group of friends in our kitchen and have fun cooking and baking together, celebrating those 30, 40 or 100. A birthday cake is served at the end of the party.

 

CLUB MEETINGS
We offer our school and instructors for special civic and religious club meetings, scouts and brownie meetings, making emphasis in cooking and entertaining themes. All participants enjoy a wonderful class and the tasting thereafter, with time for business meeting if necessary.

TEAM BUILDING COOKING EVENTS
We have hosted special cooking events for private companies, for their customers, employees and spouses. Focused on local or out-of town participants, everyone gets together in our kitchen to learn wonderful tropical dishes using local ingredients.

BRIDAL & BABY SHOWERS
We offer great ideas for delightful and creative Bridal and Baby Showers. Friends and family get together in our kitchen, to participate in a hands-on party cooking class. The bride and groom are the stars of the event, while they learn some "tricks of the trade" and tasty, easy, and quick dishes. Or the mother-to-be will be the center of attention with everyone attending to her. Choose from different themes: afternoon tea, Italian romantic dinner, tapas party, and many more.

COMMUNITY SERVICE DEMONSTRATIONS AND EVENTS
We participate in different community events throughout the year to raise funds and share knowledge on cooking and nutrition with the general public.

 

    
 
Our Mission

Ariana’s Culinary Arts and Chef Aliza Stern are dedicated to sharing our passion for cooking, learning, entertaining and eating with everyone in South Florida. We promise to consistently deliver the highest quality foods, menus, information and most entertaining events to our customers.

We offer a regular schedule of classes, both hands-on and demonstrative.  Our classes cover every aspect of cooking from basic kitchen techniques to authentic cuisines from around the globe. Our goal is to share our love of the kitchen with everyone who wants to share in the journey.
